In order to meet the IATA deadline set for the e-ticketing implementation, Albanian Airlines outsourced the Project Management service to DM Consulting Services.

DMCS responsibilities included:

Project Management plan
Market Analysis, and the selection of the most suitable solution
Stakeholder Communication
Capacity Building to Albanian Air
Project Management plan
Monitoring and Evaluation of the overall process
Successful implementation
The project started in May 2006 and was completed successfully in May 2007.
