Human Resources Management System (HeRa) is our human resources management software application that manages the overall operational activities and processes, starting from the management of the employers’, to the management of payroll, trainings, online recruitment and administrative management. Features

Manage employers quickly and easily

HeRa starts managing your employers as soon as they apply for job vacancies online through the recruitment module. They can apply from the website or from their mobile or desktop or directly at your stand. With a simple and elegant workflow, the selected candidate is automatically part of the system. Then every employee can have access on their general personal non-sensitive data and change them accordingly. This is a very comprehensive feature which enables the employees to manage their own personal data. This human resources management system will help manage all your business processes to ensure efficiencies. You will know exactly what the status is at any point in time, training needs and payroll.

Payroll

If required, the system can have multiple levels of management form the administrative prospective. HeRa is module based and we can offer the payroll module if required. This module enables automatic payroll system connected with the HR Module. In addition the module offers automation of data insertion. The information for extra payments for each employee comes from the departments on a predefined template form. Track costs. Our manager tool provides scheduled and detailed analyses. So you can track any payroll transaction or training costs through office distribution and employee.

System Controls and Security

HeRa system controls allow you to change and add features on the fly. It’s all available from the System Setup menus. HeRa has an in build audit module. An auditing file is generated once a relevant transaction is performed. It provides a good support for the auditing department and for the transaction-tracking system. Top security – HeRa allows you to specify users and menu access. System Administrators can restrict each user’s access to groups of employees and to specific fields. The row-level security feature enables the System Administrator to define groups or teams and give certain permissions to each user.

Reporting

HeRa reporting is broken down into three key areas. Daily Reporting provides precise and timely operational information, while Monthly Reporting and Payroll Analysis provide graphical representation. In addition we have a flexible tool for a more efficient decision making process. It provides many pre-defined external and internal reports and also provides a comprehensive tool for ad-hoc reporting

Job performance evaluation

Together with HeRa back office system we can provide a job performance evaluation module. It provides category list (internee, probation, and employee) and fill out the main groups based on the job performance evaluation template. It collects and analyze the employee notes/complaints/suggestions according to the importance level. Also it offers reporting of the results.
