The Access to Finance platform was created to help Albanian Small and Medium Enterprises, that want to expand and invest in their activity by taking advantage of the financial opportunities offered by the market, with grants, loans or other financing initiatives.

This online platform will provide a “one-stop-shop” service with information directly related to access to finance for SMEs, which is provided by various private and public institutions, organizations or companies, national and international.

The creation of the platform Access to Finance was made possible with the recommendation of the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD. Within the Rapid Advisory Framework, as well as in order to support rapid mobilization and cost-effective delivery, the EBRD has provided short-term support to the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, and the Albanian Investment Development Agency, AIDA.
