On November 16, 2017, the American Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with DM Consulting Services Albania organized the event “Open House, Use of information technology in HR management”. In this event, Mr. Dritan Mezini, DM Consulting Services CEO, introduced the Human Resource Management Information System (HeRa), which presents a contemporary system that meets all the requirements for functionalities which nowadays, everywhere in the world, are placed in front of similar systems. The event covered modern business practices that impose requests for integrated human resources software. This system allows not only human resource management, but also facilitates relationships with clients and other interfaces. Integrating such a system saves time and efforts of HR staff and helps in planning and decision-making. Participants in this event were members of the American Chamber of  Commerce.
