Duapune, DM Consulting Services in the service area of training, organized the third training session “Performance”, on 18 March 2017, part of the training were representatives of the various departments of HR from well-known Albanian and foreign companies.

During the training the participants discussed and treated with the trainer performance management policies, its main elements and performance improvement plan, offering alternative ways through its practice in its planning and improving. This training will be followed by other modules, with other topics related to HR policies.
