DM Consulting Services in the service area of training, organized the second training session on 18 February 2017 “Recruitment and Interviewing” part of the training were representatives of the various departments of HR from well-known Albanian and foreign companies.

During the training the participants discussed and treated with the trainer various occasions about the daily work of an HR representative, topics dealing with the stages of the recruitment and the selection of a candidate offering alternative ways for the solution, also developing certain games and tests. This training will be followed by other modules, with other topics related to HR policies and procedures.
