DM Consulting Services regarding the service area of training, organized as the first session on September 17, 2016  a training on “Communication skills” for a part of the sales department staff of Albtelecom and Eagle Albania.

The training took place on communication topics that were presented through examples, certain games and tests of concrete cases of daily work, offering alternative ways for solution for these specific cases. Following, other training will be developed with other groups from Albtelecom.
