DM Consulting Services Albania Ltd, specialized in the sector of education, training, human resources and employment, organized on October 23 and 24, 2015 the training on “Leadership and managerial skills” for the staff of the National Commercial Bank (Banka Kombëtare Tregëtare) with the managerial level participants of the bank.

At the end of training, participants expressed satisfaction with the topics covered and their interference with practical case studies, which are very necessary and important to use and implement in their work for more efficient and successful results. Participants shared ideas that such trainings should be organized more often to enhance and professionalize the staff.
