On 22, 24 and 25 September 2014, were held three professional trainings on Telephone Behavior and Becoming a Motivational Leader for three various groups from the Commercial Division of the company Albtelecom and Eagle Mobile.
The organizing staff of DM Consulting had prepared and selected materials and training methodology in such a way that the audience easily be introduced by bringing current and real cases from everyday work environments and advising and orienting the groups on different variants of solutions for difficult cases.
Participants who participated and were trained, were very pleased and satisfied by the very valuable information they received and practical the exercises quite interesting and applicable to their daily work.
