The Administrator of DM Consulting Services and the widely known online job portal in the region www.duapune.com Mr. Dritan Mezini during end of October up to beginning of December 2014, was part of the jury of the TV show “Starts on Monday” a dedicated program on employment and recruitment processes conducted in a television show, which ran for six consecutive Sundays in Top Channel Albania.
The purpose of the show was the selection of the best candidate for the position of Marketing Campaigns Manager in ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile. In the program there were involved 10 candidates who competed with each other and under the direction and supervision of the Consultant Mr. Dritan Mezini and two other jury members.
During this program the candidates were involved in several projects and steps in order to evaluate their interpersonal and professional skills. The program was successfully concluded by choosing the best candidate which was directly employed at Albtelecom and Eagle Mobile company in the position of Marketing Campaigns Manager.
