The global objective of this assignment is the improvement of the planning and programming of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) in view of the forthcoming EU IPA II program.
The specific objective was to support the Ministry for Innovation, and Information Communication Technology (MITIK), National Agency of Information Society (NAIS) and other identified agencies to carry out a sector self-assessment for preparation of EU strategic documents for new EU IPA II program.
