DM Consulting Services launched the employment portal www.duapune.com Ver 1.0 in May 2009, during the Amcham Job Fair. The portal aims to provide matching in between job seekers and employers.

On March 2012, DMCS launched duapune.com 2.0 with full of new features.

Mainly, the portal addresses the qualified, professional and career development professionals.

As of March 1st 2014, there were over 55,000 registered jobseekers or applicants and over about 2200 registered companies or employers. It enables the applicants to complete their CV online, and apply for the job online. The whole process is tracked by the system, and serves as a good pool for further job market analysis.

Currently, DMCS is in process of launching duapune.com Ver 3.0

There are many success stories reported, and it makes duapune.com as the main source of job information in the Albanian speaking markets.
