On November 22, 2014 in the premises of the Credit Agricole Bank, it was organized the 1 day training course of “Job Interview”. Participants in the training were Managers and Directors of different Departments.
Object of this training was the improvement of the knowledge of the management staff on the interviewing process and the candidates selection for several positions. During the training there were presented topics on candidate interviewing processes, importance and process steps, analyzing of the applications and also there were practiced concrete role plays and interviewing cases.
