DM Consulting Services organized a successful training on “Excellent Customer Service” with the participation of BKT National Commercial Bank staff on October 10, 2017.
The training consisted mainly in concrete cases and themes that the employees of this bank face i their daily work and customer service on different occasions. The training was considered fruitful and convenient as it handled through many exercises and practical cases. Many of the issues that may have been unresolved until that day in communication and customer relationship were discussed during the training. Further trainings will continue in the future.
