On July 10th 2014 at Rogner Hotel Tirana was held “Fair and Conference for ICT Innovation in Local Governance” organized by MIAP and the Swiss Cooperation Office in Tirana through Decentralization and Local Development Program [dldp], with the participation of largest companies in the field of Information Technology in Albania. Introducing ICT and e-government solutions was the theme of the conference and fair organized.
DM Consulting Services was one of the companies participating in this event by offering wide range of IT solutions, Software, consultancy and main projects in the public and private sectors in Albania and abroad as a contribution and guaranteed success on the field of Information Technology and Communications.
Hosted by the Minister for Innovation and Public Administration and the Swiss Cooperation through Decentralization and Local Development Programme (dldp), the conference presented and discussed ways of modernising local government in Albania. During her speech Minister for Innovation and Public Administration Mrs. Milena Harito, has emphasized the new vision and impetus that the Government has for accelerating ICT and e-government in order to increase transparency and improve services by the public administration structures.
Several discussions and presentation were held between participants and local government representatives which presented and lead to successful cases and examples of initiatives taken forward in e-governance.
Both events were concluded with an ICT Fair where the invited ICT companies were able to showcase their advantages and offer cooperation to state institutions. The events were followed by B2B meetings between representatives of local government and private ICT companies discussing possible supporting services and consultancies the companies would offer to the state entities
