Excellent Customer Service Training October 28, 2017

DM Consulting Services and duapune.com continue their training sessions in “Excellent Customer Service” with the participation of another group from BKT National Commercial Bank staff on 28 October 2017.

The training consisted of topics related to communication with the client, avoiding disputes and misunderstandings in communication with the client, conflict resolution in communication with the client and handling of every case to be problematic.
