DM Consulting Services and duapune.com successfully completed for this year the realization of training sessions on “Excellent Customer Service” with the participation of the latest group from BKT, National Commercial Bank staff on 18 November 2017.

Topics related to communicating with clients, avoidingdisputes and misunderstandings in communication with the client according tothe specific needs that the participants themselves asked for and expressed forsolution during the training.

Participants were interactive by sharing their experiences and addressing each case of Communication with Customers. Further trainings will follow during the New Year 2018.
